McHale Plant Sales, distributors in Ireland of Merlo telehandler products, has cheered the success of the Italian manufacturer in winning the prestigious Compasso d’Oro ADI 2022 award presented to the recently introduced electric-powered eWorker.In Ireland, sales of Merlo telehandlers have increased significantly in recent years, fuelled by demand from the agricultural contracting sector and increasing sales of Roto and Panoramic models to the construction, waste and manufacturing sectors.Since 1954, the Compasso d’Oro has been recognised as the world’s oldest and most authoritative design award.
