HYSTER opens competition for small Big Trucks!
Hyster has created a new online Blog, blogs.hyster-bigtrucks.com, dedicated to its range of Big Trucks in the lead up to major new product developments due to be announced by the company in November.
And Hyster is now looking for pictures and videos of any Hyster Big Trucks in action anywhere in the world, from Brazil to Greenland, Australia to South Africa and everywhere in between. Pictures and video of 8 to 48 Tonne trucks are welcome and the best one will receive a Hyster ReachStacker scale model.
Send entries to bigtrucksblog@hyster.com before November 30th stating the location, short description of the application and approximately how long the truck has been in use. Entries will be posted on the Blog – and of course Hyster will reserve the right to refuse an entry if there are visible signs of health and safety breaches involved in the application.
Jens Koerting, Director Big Trucks will judge the entries and will be looking for the best one that captures the intensity of the application and the strength of the Hyster Big Trucks. The winner will be notified by Dec 15th 2010.
Designed for ports, terminals and heavy industry decision makers all over the world, the Blog is split into six key sections and will be updated each week. Interviews with more than 20 key Hyster Big Truck specialists will be featured over the next few months – along with truck reviews by Big Truck Product Manager, Antoon Cooijmans.
In the “Technology Zone”, engineers talk about some of the latest developments in big truck design and specialists will offer tips that operators may find useful in daily operation.
