CKF Systems are delighted to have been awarded a licence to manufacture Intralox ARB technology in recognition of the in-house expertise and knowledge of the team in the state-of-the-art CKF facility in Gloucester.
CKF are an established UK Robotics and Automation systems integrator with a wealth of experience transforming the operations of their customers in the manufacturing and logistics industries. CKF have a long-standing relationship and partnership with Intralox, a global conveyance solutions leader, and a proven track record of delivering solutions utilising their cutting-edge technology. The licence to manufacture ARB technology in-house is not only a reflection of this strong relationship but will also offer CKF more flexibility and scope to continue to design and develop industry-leading solutions for their customers.
The licence includes applications for 90 degree transfers that don’t need pushers or pop-up systems and a range of merge units, from simple inline merging to more complex systems capable to merge a large number of product lanes.
The CKF built equipment, using Intralox’s patented technology, allows higher throughputs and smooth handling of a wider range of products, with less maintenance and product damage than traditional merging and transfer methods.
“Intralox are pleased to extend our preferred partnership with CKF by granting a licence to supply our unique range of Passive ARB applications as part of their pack handling systems.
CKF have demonstrated a high quality and service approach to our mutual customers that is consistent with Intralox which made this a natural next step in our long-term business relationship.” Stephen Hubbard, Corporate Account Manager, Intralox
“We really value our relationship with Intralox and are delighted to have been awarded this licence to manufacture ARB technology in-house. It’s a testament to the strength of our relationship with Intralox and also the skill, expertise and knowledge we have in our team at CKF – we are delighted to have been recognised by Intralox in this way.” Jamie Quinton, Managing Director, CKF Systems.
